- formalize hotel check-in and check-out;
- open your room door with mobile key on your smart device;
- order additional services;
- pay for services;
- transfer personal content (Netflix, Spotify, Youtube, etc.) to the hotel TV;
- chat with the hotel reception through the chat window.
How does HotelBuddy work?
After completing the reservation, we will send you a link by e-mail or SMS, through which you can enter the HotelBuddy environment and quickly start a comfortable and contact-free customer journey in the Nordic Hotel Forum. Routine activities that are usually time-consuming for the guest can be easily completed on your smart device.
